Delivery and In-Store Pickup Policy
This Delivery and In-Store Pickup Policy (“Policy”) governs the collection and delivery of goods purchased from JT Beauti, operated by The Grand Int’l Limited.
By placing an order with JT Beauti, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.

1. In-Store Pickup
1.1 Pickup Procedure
Customers who select In-Store Pickup must present the order confirmation email or message to store staff in order to collect the goods.
If you do not receive the confirmation email or message, please contact our Customer Service Department with your order information:

Customer Service Hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 – 19:00
1.2 Pickup Time Limit
If you are unable to collect the goods on the scheduled pickup date, you must collect the goods within thirty (30) days from the scheduled date.
If the goods are not collected within this period, the goods shall be deemed automatically forfeited and no refund, exchange, or compensation shall be provided.
1.3 Authorised Collection
Any person who presents the valid order confirmation email or message to collect the goods shall be deemed to have been duly authorised by you. You shall be fully responsible for any consequences arising from the provision or use of such confirmation and any related personal data.
1.4 One-Time Pickup Only
Each order may be collected once only. All pickup records shall be recorded in the JT Beauti system and shall be final and conclusive and shall not be disputed.
1.5 Inspection at Pickup
You must inspect the goods at the time of pickup. If there is any issue including but not limited to:
• incomplete packaging,
• damaged goods, or
• incorrect items,
you must request a replacement immediately at the store.
Once the goods have been collected and left the store, no refund or exchange shall be arranged.

2. Delivery Methods
JT Beauti uses S.F. Express for delivery services. Orders will be arranged for shipment after order confirmation and subject to the latest arrangements of the logistics provider.
Available delivery services include:
• SF Standard Delivery (Hong Kong); and
• Overseas Delivery (where applicable).

3. Delivery Charges
• Orders with a net purchase amount of HK$700 or above (after discounts) are entitled to one complimentary local SF Express delivery (single delivery address only).
• Orders below HK$700 (after discounts) will be charged a shipping fee of HK$50 or shipping fee payable upon delivery.
• Each order may be delivered to one address only. For delivery to multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed.

4. Delivery Area
Delivery service is available to designated areas within:
• Hong Kong Island
• Kowloon
• New Territories
Some remote areas and Islands District may be subject to additional charges or may not be serviceable. For details, please contact S.F. Express directly.

5. Delivery Time
• Orders will normally be confirmed within one (1) business day after payment is completed.
• Once confirmed, orders will generally be shipped within three (3) business days via S.F. Express.
Actual delivery date and time are subject to the arrangements of the logistics provider. JT Beauti does not guarantee any specific delivery time.
Delivery schedules may be affected by logistics company business hours, public holidays, or special circumstances. Customers should refer to the logistics provider’s official website for details.

6. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified and provided with a tracking number. You may track your shipment through the S.F. Express website.

7. Failed or Delayed Delivery
If delivery fails due to personal reasons of the customer or recipient, you must contact the logistics company directly to arrange redelivery.
JT Beauti reserves the right to cancel the order without refund if delivery fails repeatedly.
If the goods cannot be delivered due to:
• incorrect address provided by you, or
• failure of the recipient to collect the goods,
you shall bear all responsibility. No refund shall be made, and JT Beauti reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees or require you to collect the goods at a designated location.

8. Special Weather Arrangements
Delivery services may be suspended or postponed when:
• Typhoon signal is hoisted,
• Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is in force, or
• Weather conditions are deemed unsafe by JT Beauti or the logistics provider.

9. Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon receipt of the goods, you must immediately inspect the goods.
If you discover:
• damaged goods,
• incomplete packaging, or
• incorrect items or quantities,
you must notify our Customer Service Department immediately for follow-up.
Once the goods have been delivered to you, they shall be held at your own risk, and JT Beauti shall not be liable for any loss or damage thereafter.

10. Storage and Use of Products
You must store and use the products strictly in accordance with the instructions on the product packaging. If any quality issue arises due to failure to follow such instructions, no replacement or refund shall be arranged.

11. No Guarantee of Delivery Time
Due to traffic conditions, route arrangements, and logistics factors, JT Beauti does not guarantee any specific delivery time.

12. Final Decision
In the event of any dispute, The Grand Int’l Limited reserves the right of final decision.

本《送貨及門市自取政策》(「本政策」)規管由 The Grand Int’l Limited 營運之 JT Beauti 所售貨品的送貨及取貨安排。
當你向 JT Beauti 下單,即表示你已閱讀、理解並同意受本政策約束。

1. 門市自取
1.1 取貨程序
選擇門市自取之顧客,必須向店員出示訂單確認電郵或訊息以領取貨品。
如未有收到確認電郵或訊息,請聯絡客戶服務部並提供訂單資料:

1.2 取貨期限
如未能於指定日期取貨,顧客必須於指定日期起計三十(30)日內取貨。
如逾期未取,貨品將被視為自動放棄,並不設任何退款、更換或賠償。
1.3 授權取貨
任何出示有效訂單確認電郵或訊息之人士,均視為已獲你授權取貨。你須自行承擔因提供或使用該等資料而產生的一切後果。
1.4 只可取貨一次
每張訂單只可取貨一次,系統紀錄為最終及不可爭議。
1.5 取貨時檢查
取貨時你必須即時檢查貨品。如發現:
• 包裝不完整
• 貨品損壞
• 貨品錯誤
必須即場要求更換。離店後將不設退款或更換。

2. 送貨方式
JT Beauti 使用順豐速運作為送貨服務供應商。所有訂單將於確認後安排出貨。
送貨服務包括:
• 本地順豐標準速遞;
• 海外送貨(如適用)。

3. 運費
• 單一訂單折後淨額滿港幣 HK$700 可享一次本地免運(只限一個地址);
• 未滿 HK$700 需支付港幣 HK$50 運費或到付;
• 每張訂單只可寄往一個地址,多個地址須分開下單。

4. 送貨地區
送貨服務適用於:
• 港島
• 九龍
• 新界
部分偏遠地區或離島或需額外收費或未能提供服務,詳情請向順豐查詢。

5. 送貨時間
• 付款完成後一般於一(1)個工作天內確認訂單;
• 確認後一般於三(3)個工作天內出貨。
實際送貨時間須視乎物流公司安排,JT Beauti 不保證任何指定時間。

6. 物流追蹤
出貨後將提供追蹤編號,可於順豐網站查詢。

7. 派送失敗或延誤
如因收件人原因導致派送失敗,須自行聯絡物流公司安排。
如多次派送失敗,JT Beauti 有權取消訂單而不作退款。
如因地址錯誤或無人收件導致無法派送,一切責任由你自行承擔。

8. 惡劣天氣安排
如遇颱風或紅/黑色暴雨警告,送貨服務可能暫停或延期。

9. 收貨時檢查
收貨後必須即時檢查貨品,如有問題必須立即通知客服。

10. 產品儲存及使用
你必須按照包裝指示儲存及使用產品,否則引致問題將不獲更換或退款。

11. 不保證送貨時間
JT Beauti 不保證任何特定送貨時間。

12. 最終決定權
如有任何爭議,The Grand Int’l Limited 保留最終決定權。
