Return Policy 退貨政策 ================================ ENGLISH VERSION Return Policy This Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through the JT Beauti website, mobile application, or related services (“Service”). By placing an order with JT Beauti, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy. ________________________________________ 1. Right of Return Subject to the terms and conditions set out herein, JT Beauti grants customers the right to request a return of eligible products within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the goods. To be eligible for a return, the product must: (a) be in the same condition as when delivered; (b) be unused, unworn, and unwashed; (c) have all original tags and labels intact; (d) be returned in its original packaging; and (e) be accompanied by the original receipt or other valid proof of purchase. ________________________________________ 2. Return Procedure All return requests must be submitted in advance by email to: Email: info@grandintltd.com Returns shall not be accepted without prior written approval from JT Beauti. If the return request is approved, JT Beauti shall provide instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label specifying the method and address for return. All approved returns must be sent to: JT Beauti – Returns Department Shop 63B, G/F, Site 2, Charming Garden 8 Hoi Ting Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong Customers acknowledge that where the return shipment originates outside Hong Kong SAR, international shipping, customs clearance, and logistics processing may require additional time and may be subject to delays beyond the control of JT Beauti. ________________________________________ 3. Inspection and Condition of Returned Goods All returned goods shall be subject to inspection by JT Beauti. JT Beauti reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return which does not comply with the conditions set out in this Policy. ________________________________________ 4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods Customers are required to inspect all goods immediately upon receipt. If any goods are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, the customer must notify JT Beauti without undue delay so that appropriate arrangements may be made. ________________________________________ 5. Non-Returnable Goods For the avoidance of doubt, the following goods are not eligible for return or refund: (a) perishable goods, including but not limited to food, flowers, or plants; (b) custom-made or personalised products; (c) personal care, cosmetic, or beauty products; (d) hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases; and (e) sale items and gift cards. ________________________________________ 6. Exchanges JT Beauti does not offer direct product exchanges. Customers wishing to obtain a replacement item shall return the original item in accordance with this Policy (subject to approval) and place a new order separately. ________________________________________ 7. European Union – Statutory Cooling-Off Period Where goods are shipped to a member state of the European Union, the customer shall be entitled, pursuant to applicable consumer protection laws, to cancel or return the order within three (3) days of receipt, without providing any reason. All such returns shall remain subject to the condition requirements set out in Clause 1 of this Policy. ________________________________________ 8. Return Shipping Costs Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by JT Beauti, all costs and expenses associated with the return of goods, including shipping, courier charges, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees, shall be borne solely by the customer. Any original shipping, handling, or customs charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. ________________________________________ 9. Risk of Return Shipment All risks associated with the return shipment of goods, including loss, theft, damage, delay, or misdelivery, shall be borne solely by the customer until the goods are received and accepted by JT Beauti. JT Beauti shall not be responsible for any returned goods that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. Customers are strongly advised to use a trackable and insured shipping method. ________________________________________ 10. No Refund in Case of Customs Seizure or Regulatory Rejection If any returned goods are seized, detained, destroyed, rejected, or otherwise prevented from delivery by any customs authority, governmental body, or regulatory authority in any jurisdiction, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances. Compliance with all import, export, and customs regulations shall be solely the customer’s responsibility. ________________________________________ 11. Return Shipping Fee Deduction Where JT Beauti agrees to arrange or bear any part of the return shipping or handling costs, JT Beauti reserves the right to deduct such costs from the refund amount.
