Products and Orders JT Beauti operates an online retail store specialising in skincare and beauty products. All product descriptions, images, and information are for reference only. We reserve the right to amend product specifications, packaging, or discontinue any product at any time without notice. All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. A binding contract shall only be formed when we issue an order confirmation. 2. Medical and Cosmetic Disclaimer Our products are cosmetic and skincare products only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Information provided on the Service does not constitute medical advice. Customers with sensitive skin, allergies, or medical conditions should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use and should perform a patch test before using any product. JT Beauti shall not be responsible for any adverse reactions. 3. Pricing and Payment All prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise stated. By providing your payment details, you authorise JT Beauti to charge your selected payment method. 4. Shipping, Delivery and Risk (Local and Overseas) JT Beauti offers delivery within Hong Kong and to selected overseas destinations. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures and delays beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. JT Beauti shall not be responsible for delays, losses, seizures, or additional costs caused by couriers, customs authorities, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control. 5. Customs, Import Taxes and Compliance For overseas orders, you acknowledge that you are the importer of record and are solely responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You shall be solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges. JT Beauti makes no representation that products are legal or suitable for sale or use in all countries. 6. Promotions and Discount Codes All promotions, gifts, and discount codes are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
