Refund Policy
This Refund Policy sets out the circumstances under which refunds may be granted and how they will be processed.

1. General Principles
Refunds, if any, shall be granted strictly in accordance with this Policy. All refund requests are subject to review and final approval by JT Beauti.

2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be granted only if:
(a) the return request has been properly submitted and approved; and
(b) the returned goods have been received and passed inspection; or
(c) the goods are confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Charges
The following are non-refundable:
• Shipping and handling fees
• Customs duties and taxes
• Third-party fees
• Sale items and gift cards
• Items failing return inspection

4. Method of Refund
All refunds shall be credited to the original payment method only. No cash refunds.

5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days after approval. Banks or payment providers may require additional time.

6. Partial Refunds and Deductions
JT Beauti may deduct shipping, handling, customs, tax, or loss in value from the refund.

7. No Refund for Customs Seizure
If goods are seized or rejected by customs or regulators, no refund will be issued.

8. No Refund for Lost Return Shipments
If returned goods are lost or damaged in transit, no refund shall be made.

9. Right to Refuse Refund
JT Beauti reserves the right to refuse any refund if conditions are not met or abuse is suspected.

• 運費及手續費
• 關稅及稅項
• 第三方收費
• 特價貨品及禮品卡
• 未通過退貨檢查之貨品

4. 退款方式
退款只會退回至原先付款方式，不設現金退款。

5. 處理時間
退款一般於批准後十（10）個工作天內處理，實際入帳時間視乎銀行或支付平台。

6. 部分退款及扣除
JT Beauti 可扣除運費、手續費、關稅、稅項或貨品價值損失。

7. 海關扣押不設退款
如貨品被任何政府或監管機構扣押或拒收，將不設退款。

8. 退貨途中遺失不設退款
如退回貨品於運送途中遺失或損壞，將不獲退款。

9. 拒絕退款權利
如不符合條件或懷疑濫用退款機制，JT Beauti 有權拒絕退款。
